A Traditional Ramadan Iftar Spread by Debon Gourmet: Kebabs, Chicken Haleem & Fresh Fruit Chaat
Ramadan is not only a month of prayer but it’s also a month of prayer, reflection and strengthening one’s relationship with God. People engage in additional prayers and spiritual practices throughout the month. It’s important what you eat while fasting.
“Eating a balanced Suhoor helps in maintaining hydration, energy levels and keeps you going throughout the day. Breaking the fast with Iftar, starting with water and dates helps in maintaining blood sugar levels and prevents overeating after long hours of fasting.”
Ramadan is a beautiful time when people come together every evening to break their fast at Iftar, sharing traditional Ramadan Iftar items (dishes) such as dates, biryani, sheer korma, Nihari etc., but this time try something different and prepare these dishes instead to celebrate Ramadan in full spirit:
Kebabs

Debon kebabs are known and loved by people by over three decades now. Their Chicken seekh kebab, Galouti kebab, Chicken Tikka and Mutton Shammi kebab are some of the best kebabs. The spices are perfectly balanced and the meat texture literally melts in your mouth. The smokiness in the kebabs adds that extra touch which makes it all the more special. A kebab platter is perfect to celebrate Ramadan, full of flavour and the lip-smacking taste is mind blowing.
Just pan fry or air fry the kebabs and align the different kebabs on a platter. Serve it with a nice mint sauce or garlic dip along with fresh vegetables on the side. A pita bread is the perfect touch of adding the mediterranean flavour to your platter.

This Chicken haleem is not just easy to make but, super delicious to have as well. Debon Chicken not only has the most premium quality but, also is precisely cut for any dish you wish to make.
