Mackerel Masala Cooking Instructions:
Fried Mackerel:- After defrosting, apply semolina (rawa) on both sides of Mackerel, press properly
Shallow fry in 3-4 teaspoon oil for 5-8 mins
Mackerel Curry/Masala: After defrosting, cut Mackerel in pieces
Add the pieces to your regular curry or masala to enjoy Indian Mackerel.
